It’s the last Christmas for Ann-Sophie and Christian in the south of Germany and it has been snowing outside for days. Mummy and daddy have already packed all the suitcases in order to emigrate to Brazil where grandma and granddad live.
Ann-Sophie sadly looks at the little baby Jesus in the manger next to the altar inside the church.
Aunty Gretel had told her the story why Jesus was born at Sunday School. She had really payed attention to it. She also knows that Jesus is God’s son and that he loves the people very much and that Jesus wants to live with them to help them.
But when Christian asks mummy whether Jesus is also flying to Brazil with them, Ann-Sophie is unsure.
Ann-Sophie wonders whether there will also be an Aunty Gretel in Brazil who she can talk to if she has any questions or if she is unsure about something.
